From studio size up to four bedrooms, all are well maintained with optional parking arrangements available. Leasing is available by semester, monthly or yearly; rates available. Laundry rooms are conveniently located for all apartments.

Our mission is to provide Safe and Affordable Housing for students.Our office is open Monday to Friday, 1PM to 5PM for questions or problem resolution.Parking lots are well lighted and snow removal is accomplished as promptly as feasible when needed. Once authorized, parking can be in any of our lots.
