230 West 9th Street - Apartment 15.  (Above)  All apartments in this building are nicely furnished and newly carpeted.

Kitchens  (Above and below) We have a variety of kitchen floor plans available in our rental units.  All are clean and well maintained and many are large and offer generous storage.

Living Rooms and Dining Areas (Above and below) Each apartment includes its own dining area and living room.  Most are spacious, bright, and well furnished. 

Bed Rooms (Above) Most bedrooms are large and include either one or two closets.  Students have the choice of single, double, or queen sized beds in all apartments.

  Efficiency Apartments (Above) are also available.

Other Amenities  (Above) All of our apartments offer a secured, in-door area for mail and package delivery.  Off street parking in well lit, paved, and maintained lots is available adjacent to most buildings.  With a parking pass our student renters have access to all of our lots.
